Your appointment begins in our showroom, where we’ll guide you through the available design options and work through our specification sheet together to help you plan your bespoke home. You’ll also enjoy a guided tour of our workshop, where you can see our chalets in production and examples of our completed homes.

Our standard-size chalets take just one week to manufacture, while our twin units take approximately two weeks. We’ll keep you regularly updated on your chalet’s progress throughout the build, so you can look forward to seeing your home come to life. You’re also welcome to arrange additional visits to our workshop to see your chalet progressing along our production line.

Once your home has been completed, delivered and sited, our commitment to you continues. Our friendly, knowledgable team are on hand to answer any questions and concerns you may have after your purchase. We’re proud to offer dedicated aftercare, giving you peace of mind long after your chalet has been delivered.
